Booking Instructions:
1. Choose your Check-In and Check-Out Dates, # of Adults and Search - rates shown will be for your entire stay
2. Any experience that appears on the list are available on the days you have chosen
3. Choose your experience and make your reservation using the Book Now button
4. Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children (under age of 12). You can add up to 2 extra individuals (adult or children) and extra bedding, please specify under special requests upon booking. Extra guest fee $5/person/night; extra bedding $20/stay
**MINIMUM STAY 2 nights for glamping dome for Wharf Rat Rally (Aug 31, Sept 1, Sept 2). Tents no restriction.**
5. Minimum check-in age is 18.

Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 11AM

Deposits:
A deposit of 50% will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in will be charged 5%.
Cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
Cancellations after 72 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
