Booking Instructions:
1. Choose your Check-In and Check-Out Dates, # of Adults and Children and Search
2. Any sites that appear on the list are available on the days you have chosen
3. Choose your site type and make your reservation using the Book Now button

For Campsites:
*Rates are based on 2 Adults and 4 Children and 1 RV/Tent, any extra individuals will be charged $5/person, $10/extra vehicle/Tent/RV*
Check-in: 2PM Check-out: 12PM

If you need to book more than 1 site:
Please book your sites separately, leave us a note asking for sites next to each other. Or we will try to place together any bookings that have same last name, email, or phone number. Please feel free to book them under the same name, this way we can easily identify sites that need to be put together. 
*Note* If you book 2 sites of different services (i.e. Unserviced & 30 amp, it may not be possible to put the sites together based on the layout of our sites.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in. Deposit will be refunded less credit card processing fees. Within 48 hours deposit is non-refundable

For Glamping:
*Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children (under age of 12). You can add up to 2 extra individuals (adult or children) and extra bedding, please specify under special requests upon booking. Extra guest fee $10/person/night*
**Minimum Stay 2 nights for the glamping dome for during the Wharf Rat Rally (Aug 28, 29, 30, 31)**
Glamping facilities are Non-Smoking and NOT Pet Friendly.
Check-in: 3PM Check-Out: 11AM

For Cabin:
*Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children (under age of 12). You can add extra adults or children (up to 3 adults and 3 children) and extra bedding, please specify under special requests upon booking. Extra guest fee $10/adult/night or $5/child/night
***Minimum Stay 2 nights during the Wharf Rat Rally (Aug 28, 29, 30, 31)***
Cabins are Non-Smoking
One cabin is Pet Friendly. Limit of 1 pet per stay. Please keep pets off furniture. Pet fee of $30/stay applies. Please specify if you are bringing a pet, we will confirm whether a pet friendly cabin is available.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in will be charged 5% of reservation total.
Cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
Cancellations after 72 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of the reservation.
